hello, i really don't want to get into an argument with the owner -- he was extremely nice and helpful the first night, making every effort to ease our stay, but then, once things started going the wrong way, he because extremely unpleasant. So let's start with the fact that the place is NOT A HOTEL in any way. Seeing that, and realizing how isolated it is, we asked to leave after only one of two nights, to which owner agreed promptly, but from then on, interaction became unreasonable: the rate -- which is totally unreasonable to begin with, given it's not a hotel, and there are absolutely no services, nor even a proper breakfast, jumped yet higher, and then there was a story with the keys, which we were supposed to leave in the rooms, but didn't (mainly, because we're just not used to doing so in hotels at all -- let alone those that charge as much!) and there was no end to it -- including mention of help we received the previous night... in short, it was a very unpleasant experience, but mainly because the price was really and totally unreasonable -- more expensive than all (three!) 5 star hotels we stayed in, in the Czech Rep.
